Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AergonOS Project Management (the “Service”, available at https://project.aergonos.com), operated by Aexo Digital Indonesia (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Access by invitation

The Service is available only to people invited by a project administrator, as a team member or as a client. You sign in with a Google account whose email matches your invitation. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

2. Roles

• Team members can work on the projects they are invited to: boards, posts, replies, attachments, schedules, and folder links.
• Clients can view posts sent to them and approve them or request changes. Posts sent to a client are locked against editing and replies until the team moves them to another status.
• A client’s approval or change request recorded in the Service is a business record of that decision. It is not a legally binding signature unless your own agreement with the team says so.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others using the Service;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to access data, projects, or accounts you were not given access to;
• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security; or
• share your access with people who were not invited.

5. Third-party services and links

The Service uses third-party providers (such as Google for sign-in) and may link to external folders and websites you or your team add. We do not control those services or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the Service at risk.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Aexo Digital Indonesia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own copies of important content.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
